Policies — Shipping & Handling
Our preferred return shipping provider is USPS. If you would like us to use a different provider, please state so on the shipping form. We highly advise using shipping confirmation with your package. If you would like a confirmation email when your injectors are received, please check the appropriate box on the order form.
General turnaround time for servicing injectors is listed on the main page.
Injector Pulse services and tests every injector for complete functionality before being returned. Since no moving components are replaced during the service, Injector Pulse does not warranty the serviced injector. If you believe you have a problem with a serviced injector, please notify us within 10 days after receiving your injectors of any issues you are having (email will have quickest response).
Injector Pulse is not responsible for any defect in the core, electrical problems, case leaks, or improper installation techniques of the serviced injectors. Since Injector Pulse has no control over the installation or condition of the fuel system of the vehicle, we recommend that you consult your service manual for proper installation techniques or hire a certified mechanic.
In order to qualify for a refund, the serviced injectors will have to be returned and rechecked. Please note, we do not refund the shipping costs.
