  •  Shipping and Handling – general turn around time on servicing injectors is listed on the main page.  Our preferred return shipping provider is USPS.  If you would like us to use a different provider, please state so on the shipping form.  We highly advise you using shipping confirmation with your package.  If you’d like us to email you when we receive them, please check the appropriate box on the service form.

Warranty

 

  • Injector Pulse services and tests every injector for complete functionality before they are returned back to you.  Since no moving components are replaced during the service, Injector Pulse does not warranty the serviced injector.  If you believe you have a problem with a serviced injector, please notify us within 10 days after receiving your injectors and notify us of any issues you are having (email will have quickest response).
  • Injector Pulse is not responsible for any defect in the cores, electrical problems, case leaks, or improper installation techniques of the serviced injectors.  Since Injector Pulse has no control over the installation or condition of the fuel system of the vehicle, we recommend that you consult your service manual for proper installation techniques or hire a certified mechanic.
  • In order to qualify for a refund, the serviced injectors will have to be returned and rechecked.  Please note, we do not refund the shipping costs.
